ABOUT THE BEAUTY ROOM
We are nestled inside of hair design salon & spas in a unique one on one spa treatment room. We offer ancient and contemporary spa treatments. We use professional only oils, scrubs, and body treatment products. Experienced aesthetician with over 10+ years in the spa industry. All massages are not performed by a registered massage therapist (RMT). All massages are performed by a spa aesthetician. We do not do therapeutic massages. We do not offer insurance reimbursement or direct billings for any of our massage treatments. Your massages cannot be claimed under any healthy plans. All massages are spa relaxation treatments to de-stress and reduce tension only. Open to all ages and genders. No erotic services of any kind are sold here. All medical grade skincare is not performed by a dermatologist or MD. Our medical grade skincare is a comparable quality of product that gives results as good as most clinical cosmeceuticals. All medical grade facials are performed by a medical esthetician.
BEAUTY ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event a customer decides to cancel their appointment, our 48 hour cancellation policy allows all customers to cancel their appointment 48 hours prior to their service appointment date at no cost. If a customer decides not to cancel their appointment within the 48 hour penalty window, it will result in a non-negotiable “no-show” fee of 50% of the total amount for any services over $50 or $20 for services under $50.

We reserve the right to refuse services for any reason.
BEAUTY ROOM ZERO TOLERANCE
We do not tolerate abuse, harassment, sexual advancements, intimidation, or threats of any kind. If this occurs during a treatment your session will be automatically terminated and all monies shall still be payable.
